Hygienitech Review
I recently decided to get into the mattress cleaning business. Rather than start from scratch I decided to purchase and "franchise" package from Hygienitech Systems, LLC. I won't disclose the price I paid for my Hygienitech system (they give various discounts and deals), but I will say that the price tag was enough for me to be apprehensive.Hygienitech - Is it a Scam or Legit?
After filling out a form on the Hygienitech website I received a call form a man named Doug. Doug is apparently the owner of the company and he said that he likes to speak with all potential Hygienitech operators before deciding to sell them a mattress cleaning system.Being as I am new to the franchise world, I had a ton of questions. Doug answered my questions with ease and made me feel really great about my newest venture. I started a house cleaning 3 years ago and failed so I definitely wanted to do my homework and read lots of Hygienitech reviews before diving in and starting a new business venture.
After about two hours of me asking questions, Doug invited me to contact some of the Hygienitech operators from around the USA. I was relieved that I would be able to speak with someone and hear their review of Hygienitech rather than only speaking with the owner of the company.
My Talk With Hygienitech Operators - Their Review
Review #1. Mark S. - Hygienitech Cleaner from South Carolina
The first hygienitech operator was named Mark and he was based in South Carolina. He said he purchased a mattress cleaning system to add another revenue stream to his already successful carpet cleaning business.Mark claimed that he purchased his mattress cleaning system from Hygienitech around four years prior and that it paid for itself in the first 60 days. He said that as long as you offer the service to existing customers, they will buy around 80% of the time.
Mark seemed very happy with his Hygienitech mattress cleaning business but I wanted to hear more reviews before making my decision.
Review #2. - Carol M. from Seattle, WA
Carol was my second Hygienitech review. She had been operating a mattress cleaning for the past nine years and claimed to own 14 Hygienitech systems. She has 8 vans running around the greater Seattle area, cleaning mattresses all day long.Carol said she owes her entire success to Doug (owner of Hygienitech). She said when she first got into business she didn't know how to get customers. Doug showed her how to prospect for new accounts and actually closed her first corporate deal for her.
She said that aside from normal maintenance on the machines, the operating costs are slim to none. Her employees just show up at the client's home, cleaning mattress, and leave a coupon for the next cleaning.
Carol was a very nice lady and I'll definitely be looking to her for advice in the future.
Are there any bad Hygienitech reviews?
I was beginning to feel a little overwhelmed. Surely someone would have a negative review of Hygienitech??I decided to search online for "Hygienitech Reviews" to see if anything popped up. Low and behold, the was a negative review on a well known review website! I was very curious to see what I could find out.
After reading the review and asking Doug about it, his explanation made sense. The reviewer's pricing and story did not add up so I decided to trust Doug and the two hygienitech business owners I had spoken with earlier in the week.
They all seemed so sincere and eager to help, and the review I read online really didn't make any sense.
Conclusion
Last week I purchased my very first Hygienitech mattress cleaning system! I'm so excited to get started and I've already been calling around to local hotels trying to get my name out. So far I only landed one hotel, but the money I'll make from that will pay for mattress cleaning system. Here's a picture of the system I bought:
My Hygienitech Mattress Cleaning System |
Hello. thank you for posting this. I own a cleaning company and I am looking for a mattress cleaning system to add to our services. I am curious about the upfront and ongoing costs along with whether you still feel positive about your purchase.
ReplyDeleteHi Patricia, what is your mobile number
ReplyDeleteThere are several negative reviews of Hygienitech. First off, this is literally nothing more than a Kirby vacuum with a UV light attached - I recognized it immediately as I have owned two identical Kirby vacuums. This is not a franchise - so basically you are buying a way over priced vacuum cleaner along with some generic marketing materials. Good luck
ReplyDeletethats what i assumed. I have been talking to the owner, seems like an overpriced vaccum, with alot of hype to start a business.
